Retail / Customer Service Assistant
Location: OL10 (Driving licence essential)
Pay: £14.00 per hour (£29,000 per annum equivalent) + Commission
We're looking for reliable Retail & Customer Service Assistants to join our friendly team. If you enjoy helping customers, have good IT skills, and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling inbound sales enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone and email
- Assisting customers in our small showroom
- Using Google Docs and other basic IT systems
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm (including a 30-minute lunch break)
- One weekend day: Saturday or Sunday, 10:00am - 4:00pm
