Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for site selection and evaluation for new stores
- Coordinating store opening projects from planning to launch
- Managing renovation and fit-out works, including contractors and timelines
- Overseeing all pre-opening preparations (licenses, utilities, equipment, setup)
- Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
- Ensuring stores are ready for operation on schedule and within budget
- Flexible working hours depending on project needs
- Experience in retail expansion, store setup, or project management
- Familiar with site selection, renovation, and store opening processes
- Able to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience in F&B, entertainment, or retail is a plus
