Role Summary
The primary objective of this position is to gain a deep understanding of diverse Retail Environments and omnichannel shopper behavior, identifying specific habits and purchase missions across all channels. You will leverage these insights, develop and implement 7Ps strategies designed to drive sustainable company growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and tailor omnichannel strategies across diverse retail environments to drive growth (7Ps Strategy)
- Define strategic guidelines and prioritize GTN investments to maximize ROI (Investment Optimization)
- Lead 3-year strategic roadmaps and commercial grids for each retail channel (Strategic Planning)
- Monitor 7Ps performance to execute data-driven action plans with local teams (Performance & Analytics)
