As the Retail Excellence & Training Director for Southeast Asia & Australia, you will spearhead retail performance, operations efficiency, and excellence in learning initiatives across the region. Partnering closely with country retail heads, store management and HQ functional teams, your mission is to elevate operational and performance standards, strengthen brand and product knowledge to enhance selling and client journey skills.
This role is critical in implementing direct retail strategy, driving high-end positioning and business growth across stores by optimizing existing store performance, and refining retail operations.
