Prism+ in Penang is seeking detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers to enhance our customer experience. As a Mystery Shopper, you will visit retail outlets, interact with staff, and provide constructive feedback to improve service and operations.
Responsibilities include conducting in-store visits, performing structured audits, and submitting reports. Candidates should be Malaysian citizens aged 18+, with at least SPM qualifications. The position offers flexible hours and payment ranging from RM20 to RM50 per visit.
