- Retail Operations: Responsible for daily operations of Singapore DTC stores, ensuring smooth processes and premium customer service delivery to end-customers.
- Business Performance: Achieve annual sales budget for Singapore DTC stores. Monitor KPIs, review store performance, and drive sales growth, profitability and operational excellence.
- P&L Management: Monitor KPIs, review store performance, and drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Store Projects: Lead new store opening, renovations and retail projects on time, on budget and in line with brand standards. Responsible for negotiation of new leases and lease renewal.
- Campaign Execution: Partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful retail campaigns and in-store activations that drive traffic.
