Job Description
The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing the organization's marketing activities and campaigns specific to those customers with physical stores/ point of sale outlets, including SOMI satellites and hubs. The Store Specialist is also in charge of maintaining positive relationships store partners and provide them with necessary support to achieve the best possible results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading and mentoring team members to achieve departmental objectives. Routinely check in with members of the team (via ONO Session or Coaching) to learn about the challenges they are encountering with various projects and to determine what support they need to get their intended outcome.
- Initiate and preside over a team meeting on a weekly basis to monitor the progress of each assignment, as well as to engage in open conversation or brainstorming regarding upcoming activities and marketing initiatives.
