Job Description
The Retail Media Operations Sr. Analyst is the day-to-day backbone of Snapmart’s Retail Media business. You will work directly under the Retail Media Head to keep the ad platform running smoothly, advertisers performing well, and the overall operation organized and accountable. Your clients are a mix of 3P marketplace sellers and 1P brand suppliers, and you will be the person they rely on to get set up, stay live, and see results.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide new advertisers (3P sellers and 1P suppliers) through the retail media platform, from account setup to first campaign launch.
- Provide hands-on support for self-service advertisers navigating the platform independently, troubleshooting issues and answering how-to questions.
- Manage campaign setup and configuration in the ad platform back office for advertisers on managed service arrangements.
