Consistently hit your individual revenue target and help deliver team objectives. You develop media strategies and performance driven plans together with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve measurable commercial outcomes. You take ownership of key business cases including forecasting, pricing, and steering core retail media KPIs such as CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, reach/frequency, and share of shelf. You build and manage senior client relationships and confidently present proposals, performance reviews, and strategic narratives to brand managers and CMO level stakeholders.
