Roles and Responsibilities
Administrative tasks related to store openings/renovations: BPM approval, store code creation, SSM updateSupport MOU and contract reviews in collaboration with legal, and manage follow-ups through to completion.Monthly payroll settlement for own retail staff.Project implementation and maintenance at retail stores: NPS, Endless Aisle, RFID, REPS, Bins, ThinkTime, GROW, etc.Support communication with Global Store Operations by providing feedback on behalf of retail stores and RBO.Support for store-related vendor tendering.Budgeting and control of OPEX for own retail stores with a focus on cost-saving.Approval of store requests regarding store supplies, including consumable goods (color ink/toner, stationery, staff uniforms, etc.) under certain threshold.Maintenance of store lists and store vendor contact lists.
