Job Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the overall business performance of the store, ensuring that core OKR targets are met through goal setting, team supervision, and digital empowerment.
- Digital Store Operations: Responsible for the breakdown and achievement of business goals; proficiently use SFA, CRM, and other digital terminals to monitor operating data; and optimize sales strategies in real-time to drive revenue growth.
- Team Management & Empowerment: Organize and implement team collaboration processes; take responsibility for the recruitment, training, and performance appraisal of store specialists; and use tools to improve labor efficiency and ensure high-quality execution.
- Smart Assets & Inventory Security: Establish and implement digital inventory and asset supervision processes; ensure zero loss of store goods and assets through system warning mechanisms.
