We are seeking a hands‑on and proactive Retail Operations & Events Executive to support our e‑commerce, retail store, and workshop activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of operations, customer interaction, and event execution in a fast‑paced lifestyle brand environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and fulfill online orders efficiently
- Assist with product preparation and basic production work
- Support event preparation, including setup, facilitation, and teardown
- Provide retail sales support and deliver excellent in‑store customer service
- Update inventory and assist with administrative and simple marketing tasks
