Responsibilities
- Ensure tenants adhere to the signed lease agreement regarding the level and quality of merchandise, look and feel of the store, rules and regulations of the mall, and store timings.
- Initiate the renovation process with tenants who have agreed to renovation in their lease agreement, and also with tenants deemed necessary by DOM management.
- Propose retail‑related practical ideas for improving the look and feel of the mall.
- Conduct regular tenant inspections and report findings to the Retail Manager on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department for all maintenance‑related queries.
- Perform any other relevant tasks as directed by the Head of Retail.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met in mall premises.
- Tour mall stores regularly, speak with tenant representatives, and identify or resolve urgent issues.
