About the Role
We are seeking a Retail Planner with previous experience in the women‘s western-wear industry with strong analytical ability, commercial intuition, and hands-on experience in multi-store product distribution. The ideal candidate understands how to translate buying plans into store-level assortments that maximize sales, optimize inventory, and reflect each door’s unique customer profile. You will be responsible for ensuring the right product, right quantity, and right timing across 40–45 stores.
