Key Responsibilities:
Drive the recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidates screening, interview strategy and offer processDevelop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.Build strong working relationships with HR and Hiring Managers.
