Job Overview Evergreen branch delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects, identifying customer needs and providing advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of customers. The role works collaboratively within the branch and with BMO partners to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives. Responsibilities Engage with existing customers and prospects to conduct needs-based assessments and recommend tailored solutions (e.g., everyday banking, retail investments, lending solutions, home financing, small business solutions). Support customer transaction needs based on traffic. Generate appointments, build new relationships, and pursue opportunities within the community. Address questions and resolve issues through consumer credit audits and quality checks to ensure accurate data entry and compliance with legal, regulatory, lending policies and processes.
