Enjoys working with customers, has strong communication and interpersonal skills and is passionate about serving walk-in customers and on social media.
Job Responsibilies:- Provide personalized, high-touch service to clients in a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of luxury watch brands, movements, materials and craftmanship
- Guide clients through the purchase process, including product comparisons and after-sales services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Handle high-value transactions with accuracy and discretion
- Assist with inventory control, watch handling and security
- Uphold brand image, values and confidentiality at all times
