• Accomplish staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees i.e., sales agents/telesales.
• Monitoring and tracking sales agents performance and productivity and overall performance Weekly/Monthly.
• Collaborate with HR and Sales Manager on recruitment and staff training – both new and existing, conduct training on need basis.
