Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Retail Sales Representative who will be responsible for visiting different pharmacies, promoting company products, ensuring product placement, and generating sales. The candidate must build strong relationships with pharmacy owners and ensure product availability at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned pharmacies on a daily basis as per route plan
- Promote and sell company products to pharmacy retailer
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility at pharmacy counter
- Achieve monthly sales target
- Take orders and coordinate with the distribution team for timely delivery
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Maintain good relationships with pharmacy owners and staff
- Prepare daily visit and sales report
