As a Retail Security Officer with Securiguard, you'll be more than just a uniformed presence—you will serve as a frontline ambassador of safety, customer service, and professionalism in the retail environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are approachable, dependable, and observant.
What You Would Do
- Maintain a professional, highly visible presence to deter theft and unwanted behavior.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, and offering reassurance.
- Conduct proactive patrols of sales floors, entrances/exits, and other designated areas.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies.
- Observe and report suspicious activity in collaboration with store management and Loss Prevention.
