Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out receiving and checking of store inventory and stocks
- Responsible of the disposal of empty/ unwanted cartons, plastic bags and wrappers, waste papers and items in both storeroom and sales floor
- Liaise with warehouse on frequent goods delivery
- Perform manual packing and tagging of merchandise
- Replenish merchandise on the display shelves and counter whenever necessary
- Ensure safety storage of all products in the storage room and sales floor
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain store’s and storeroom cleanliness
- Cleaning and wiping of glass panels, mirrors, counter and shelves in store
- Operate cash register, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers
- Assist customers’ enquiries when required
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
