Salary
- Gross Monthly Salary: $2,800 – $3,200
- 44hrs/week
- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, including staff scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, handling enquiries, and resolving issues professionally
- Ensure store standards are maintained across operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve store efficiency, sales performance, and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the store management team to support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions
- Guide, coach, and support team members to achieve operational and service standards
