●Greet and serve customers as the highest priority, ensuring a consistently positive customer experience.
●Supervise, coordinate, and support the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring adherence to store procedures and standards.
●Provide information, advice, and assistance to customers, and deliver training and coaching to staff to enhance their sales performance and customer service skills.
●Manage and fulfil customer orders and requests, including preparing quotes and processing purchase orders.
●Oversee the receiving, preparation, and display of goods within the store and external display areas.
●Develop comprehensive product knowledge across all stock categories.
