- Quarterly incentive for confirmed staff (Depending on the performance of the outlet which the staff is assigned to)
- Must have excellent communication skills, as the ability to implement and manage store policies is highly dependent upon this skill.
- Excellent teamwork and management skills are a must. Prior experience in similar position in a retail environment will be advantageous.
