The Role
As the Retail System Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for serving as the technical Subject Matter Expert for RCOD-owned systems, including ProcessMaker and the Loan Origination System. You will provide technical support ranging from issue detection and resolution to change management, Scrum participation, and UAT. In addition, you will manage a team of RSS Officers or Specialists, and lead process optimization and system changes based on concern trend analysis using RSS Ticketing Buddy reports.
How you'll contribute
- Oversee daily operations of both specialist and officer teams, while managing the request backlog across supported systems to ensure proper resource allocation and effective business support.
