The Retail Technical Training Coordinator delivers technical training programs for automotive technicians across Goodyear Retail, using in-person, virtual, and hands-on methods. It focuses on building expertise in diagnostics, repair, safety, and emerging vehicle technologies (ADAS, EV/HEV). The position combines classroom facilitation with in-shop coaching to improve technician performance and repair quality. It also manages training compliance, certification tracking, and alignment with OEM and regulatory requirements.
