Job Description
On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned information and communication technology company, we are looking for a Retail Trainer for the office in Santiago (on-site job). Focus on our offline retail channel partners – including promoters and merchandisers – to ensure they have deep product knowledge and can confidently represent the brand products to end customers. You will take end‑to‑end ownership of training: from needs analysis and content creation, to delivery and post‑training evaluation, all aligned with retail strategy.
