WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As a Training Captain you report directly into your league Director Store Operations & Training, with day-to-day coaching from the Senior training Captain. You partner closely with Retail Directors, Head Coaches, In-Store Trainers, and the EMEA Athlete Service & Training Team.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

In order to be successful as a Training Captain you will need to meet the following requirements:

Passionate about Sport, Retail and Training.

2+ years of relevant experience in store people management or team lead roles (e.g., Coach, Assistant Head Coach, Head Coach supervising direct and indirect teams).

A strong team player with demonstrated ability to manage your own schedule and work independently.

Able to create cross-functional partnerships within your league and Geo Teams.
