Role Summary
This role holds full accountability for the end-to-end retail business in Malaysia, overseeing commercial performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will lead a large organization while partnering closely with regional and global stakeholders to deliver transformation and sustained business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall retail P&L, setting strategic direction and delivering sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
