◆Tasks
■WEM Retail Audit & Targeted Controlling Investigations
▶Develop and update MBK W&G Audit Guidelines aligned with HQ controlling manuals.
▶Conduct on-site & off-site audits for warranty, goodwill, ISP and service contract claims.
▶Perform targeted controlling investigations when unusual patterns or potential misbehaviors are detected.
▶Evaluate case severity, justify irregularities, and propose corrective actions.
▶Present audit findings to dealer management and secure improvement action plans.
▶Report controlling/audit results to MBK management and HQ (GCSP).
▶Monitor follow-up actions and verify effectiveness of corrective measures.
▶Guide dealers on required process improvements based on audit/KPI results.
▶Provide corrective coaching on high-risk claim patterns and documentation issues.
