Job Title: Retail Sales Associate【Responsibilities】
- Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver an excellent shopping experience to achieve sales targets.
- Store Operations: Handle daily store operations, including operating the POS cash register system, processing payments, and managing opening/closing procedures.
- Merchandising & Inventory: Maintain attractive visual merchandising displays, ensure shelves are well-stocked, and assist with inventory stock-taking and replenishing.
- Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall pleasant environment of the retail store.
