JOB OPPORTUNITY – RETENTION AGENTS (LATAM MARKETS)
Our client is expanding their international team in Mexico and is currently seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join their Retention Department.

Open Positions:
- Retention Agent – Spanish (LATAM Market)
- Retention Agent – Portuguese Market
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Retention role within the FX industry.
- Previous experience in a similar position is a must.
- Native or fluent Spanish (for LATAM desk) or Portuguese (for Portuguese desk).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results.
