Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to improve app monetisation opportunities and increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
- Utilise in-depth analyses to optimise customer experiences, boost retention, and satisfaction.
- Map the customer journey, identifying opportunities for enhancing customer delight and creating sticky experiences.
