Retention Marketing Manager Location: On-Site (Delhi) Working Days: 6 Days a Week Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to own and scale customer retention across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and CRM channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing repeat purchases, customer lifetime value (LTV), and overall customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Email Marketing campaigns. Manage and optimize WhatsApp Marketing campaigns. Build automated customer journeys and flows. Create abandoned cart, browse abandonment, welcome, win-back, and post-purchase sequences. Segment customers based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement. Plan and execute promotional campaigns for product launches, sales, and seasonal events. Work closely with the design team for creatives and campaign assets.
