Collaborate in designing and executing customer journeys that support long-term retention goals. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the retention marketing team to manage projects and campaigns. Provide input and support to ensure team goals are met. Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze the performance of email campaigns, focusing on improving key metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
