Overview
As a licensed Retirement Consultant, you’ll play a front‑line role in helping Sun Life clients feel confident about what’s next. You’ll connect with clients by phone, listen closely to their goals, and deliver tailored retirement recommendations that fit their stage of life. This role focuses on supporting and advising existing clients, with no cold‑calling or prospecting.
What you will do
- Build meaningful relationships with Group Retirement Savings plan members through proactive outreach over the phone.
- Guide clients through retirement planning conversations, helping them understand their options and feel confident.
