Role Summary
• Responsible for timely and accurate collection of payments from residential and commercial clients, maintaining customer relations and supporting financial operations
Key Duties
• Collect and record payments, issue receipts
• Update customer payment records
• Address billing inquiries and collaborate with the finance team
• Report collections to the branch manager
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of SHS education
• Experience in customer service or collections is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable and willing to work at Osu or Adenta
