Lead revenue growth initiatives with Conagra Canada in the role of Revenue Growth Manager. Collaborate on strategic pricing and analytics while working in Mississauga three days weekly.
You will design a multi-year strategy focused on sustainable net sales growth and gross margin enhancement. This position will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define pricing roles in the marketplace. Additionally, you will recruit and manage a team dedicated to strategic pricing and trade solutions to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own software and tools for pricing decision-making
• Develop customer segmentation strategies for better targeting
• Execute strategic pricing recommendations for various brands
• Improve trade promotion analysis capabilities and ROI
• Serve as Canadian contact for SAP/TPM rollout related to RGM
