Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maximise hotel revenue through advanced pricing strategies, yield management, and inventory optimisation across all segments.
- Develop and continuously refine forecasting models for occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR using historical and real-time data.
- Analyse market demand, competitor pricing, seasonal trends, and external factors to inform pricing decisions.
- Manage all distribution channels (OTAs, direct, GDS) ensuring optimal mix, performance, and rate parity compliance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align promotional campaigns and pricing strategies with demand.
- Monitor daily pickup, pace, and booking trends, making proactive adjustments to maximise revenue opportunities.
