- Bachelors degree in Electronics with RF specialization
- Postgraduate qualification in RF is advantageous
- Familiarity with office productivity tools (MS Office, Google Suite, or similar)
- Experience writing and authoring technical documentation
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Understanding of business fundamentals, finance, and costing models
