You will be the RF Engineering Associate Manager for the ADP Mission Systems which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge aircraft mission capabilities.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the RF Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing team of engineers in the design, test, and integration of ADP systems and subsystems, while fostering technical excellence and personal growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Manage complex technical projects, applying aircraft‑level test techniques and robust risk‑management practices.
+ Interpret customer requirements, create system and equipment specifications, and develop statements of work, implementation plans, test, integration, and closure activities.
