Job Description
We are on the lookout for a RF Team Leader to play a key role within the Research and Development team.
Role
As a RF Team Leader you will have responsibility for the management of the RF Electronics Development Team as well as contributing to development projects as a RF Design Engineer. You need a proven track record of RF electronics design, experience of leadership and/or mentoring a technical team, enjoy problem solving and be an excellent communicator.
Team Leadership & People Development
- Lead and support a team of RF design engineers, allocating resources effectively in line with agreed priorities, providing strong technical leadership within the RF discipline, offering guidance and ensuring effective mentoring for junior team members.
- Conduct performance management and personal development reviews.
- Reinforce established processes and contribute to the development of engineering standards.
