Job Description

Senior Analog/RF IC design engineer

Responsibilities:

As part of the analog/RF team, you will be responsible for:
Analysis/synthesis of analog specification
  • Analog architecture definition
  • Design of functional blocks
  • Electrical simulations (Spice / Fast Spice)
  • Behavioral description and simulation
  • Layout design and verification
  • Database integration
  • IPs debug and characterization
  • Support of product characterization
    • Your profile:
    8+ years of experience minimum in a similar position, Master’s Degree and/or Engineering school specialized in microelectronics design
    Technical skills:
  • Deep knowledge of analog CMOS process
  • RF front-end 13.56MHz (demodulator, load modulation, energy recovery) proven design experience
