Rheumatology Clinical Nurse Specialist
The closing date is 08 July 2026.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive Rheumatology Department which provides comprehensive Rheumatology services for Derby and Burton together with South Derbyshire/East Staffordshire and some parts of adjoining areas of Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire.
Main duties of the job
- Deliver care to defined case load of patients in an outpatient setting.
- Act as the patient’s advocate – maintaining patient privacy and dignity.
- Provide advice, support and education to patients/significant others.
- Provide advice and support to junior staff and learners.
- Coordinate care with MDT, including consultants, allied health professionals and primary care services.

- NMC registration and significant post registration experience.
