Job Description
Distribution associates are required to learn and perform multiple functions within the warehouse. These functions include but are not limited to: picking and packing finished goods, loading outbound trailers, and other duties assigned by the Leadership team. All duties require 100% accuracy in performance.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner and powered industrial equipment while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and precision.
+ Perform computer-based tasks to support order fulfillment and inventory movement.
+ Work cooperatively in a team environment, including during high‑demand periods, and communicate clearly with leaders and peers.
