- At least High School or Vocational Graduate
- TESDA NC II/III Certification is an advantage
- Proven experience as a Rigger and Team Leader in construction, powerline, telecom, or related projects
- Knowledgeable in rigging procedures, lifting operations, and safety standards
- Familiar with proper use of rigging tools and equipment
- Able to read and interpret basic technical drawings and work instructions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site and at heights
