Right of Way and Site Acquisition (ROWSA) Associate
Key Contributions: The ROWSA staff is under the Network Engineering, Operations, and Build (NEOB) and under the supervision of the ROWSA Manager. The ROWSA Associate will collaborate with the ROWSA Manager to ensure the timely acquisition of permits and payment of all node rentals, utility bills, pole rentals, and other fees. Ensure timely, proper submission, and documentation of all Request To Attach (RTA) requests. As a member of the ROWSA Management team, you will coordinate and manage access to sites for network infrastructure deployment. Your responsibilities will include liaising with external stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing site access processes to support efficient network expansion.
