Right-of-Way (ROW) Inspector.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two years of experience working with public and/or private utilities, with a working knowledge of public-sector right-of-way regulations and construction plans.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to operate other standard office equipment; ability to document project status and updates as required in a CMMS; and ability to acquire a proficiency level in a CMMS to perform responsibilities.
- Ability to understand ROW regulations, construction material control, and job specifications.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills and verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado driver's license.
