Compliance Solicitor Midlands Hybrid working We're working with a leading regional law firm to recruit an Risk and Compliance Solicitor into a senior, business-critical position. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor with a background in professional negligence or litigation to move into a strategic, non-fee-earning role where you'll work closely with the firm's COLP and senior leadership team. Rather than acting for clients, you'll be advising the business itself, helping manage legal risk, handling professional negligence matters, overseeing complex complaints and influencing how the firm continues to strengthen its governance and client care.
