Responsibilities
- Review and monitor field operations if aligned with approved policies and guidelines
- Review risk controls if properly implemented
- Assist in the roll-out of operational risk management tools
- Monitor, measure and report operational risk indicators
- Monitor and report breaches in risk management controls and policies
at least 2 to 3 years working experience is preferred in credit operations and quality assurance function in a finance institution or Audit Experience
